That is the useful part of the listing, and it is published clearly enough for a parent to buy the right shell rather than the right size.

The shell adjusts across five positions, and the maker sells three shells: 26–31, 31–36 and 36–41. One shell therefore covers about five European sizes, which is roughly three seasons of a child’s foot.
It is shorter and rockered more steeply than a figure blade, and it has no toe pick to trip over. For skating in circles at a public rink that suits a child well. For figure lessons it does not, because the pick is what the lessons use.
